Store Policies

Blue Giraffe Day Spa offers the following Returns Policy: There are no returns for products which have been opened and used. We cannot be held responsible if you simply do not like a product, and we cannot restock it or resell it once it has been opened. If we ship the wrong item or there is a defect with a product, we will do all we can to remedy the problem as quickly as possible.

If there is a problem due to poor manufacturing or if the product performs as advertised, we ask that you contact the manufacturer regarding these issues. We carry only the finest products and do everything possible to ensure they are sent to you in the best condition and that our products are fresh and have not been sitting around for an unacceptable amount of time.


The Blue Giraffe allows the return of products if we have inadvertently shipped an incorrect item, or if there is a problem with the item (package is broken, crushed, or if there is a problem with the quality of the product - due to a manufacturing error), as long as the product remains unopened. We do not allow returns for items simply because a customer does not like the item. Once a product has been opened, it will not be accepted for return/exchange**.


We will accept a return/exchange if the product is unopened and/or has been unused. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs related to the return to our spa in Ashland, Oregon. It must be packaged safely and carefully. If the item is not returned intact and in the condition it was shipped by the Blue Giraffe, we will not issue a refund or credit for the item.


**We will not accept returns/exchanges without authorization from the shipping department, so please call first to receive an RMA for your item (855-428-6253 or 855-4BUMBLE).
